Homeowner Dues

Dues for 2023 will remain the same at $250. Kayak/canoe rack fees for the year will be $35.

If you are paying late, please be sure to include an additional $25 late fee in your PayPal amount to avoid additional follow-ups from the board. 🙂

Please follow the steps below to make your homeowner's dues payment.

Fill in the amount to pay in the "Price per item" box, then click "Continue."
Click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (at the bottom of the screen).
Fill in your card information and other required details to make your payment.

Note: All 2023 homeowner's dues will be collected using this payment method. You do not need to sign up for our community website to utilize PayPal to make your payment.
